Rwanda participated to the 45th session of OACPS-EU joint Council of ministers. It was an occasion for exchanges of views on our relations through (not exhaustive) the ACP-EU JPA, the new EU-OACPS partnership agreement; the implementation of the Cotonou Partnership Agreement and the relevance of the Global Gateway strategy for our organisation.
